When will I receive my order?

Your beef will be shipped after the butcher is finished processing and packaging your order, approximately 2-3 days depending on location being shipped to.

Why can't I get an exact amount of each selection of beef?

The butcher takes 1 whole beef and splits it into 8 approximately even boxes based on cut availability of the animal.
